Meet Susannah

Susannah Engel holds a Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) major in Professional Education. A Certified Mindfulness Teacher holding certifications in Alchemical Hypnotherapy. Well travelled, with experience in wellness, self-development, banking, and small business, she combines practical knowledge with a deep understanding of human behavior and resilience.

From a young age, Susannah was exposed to Eastern yoga, meditation, and naturopathy, which fueled her lifelong passion for holistic health and mindfulness. Influenced by many teachers and writers including Osho, Stuart Wilde and Viktor Frankl’s book ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’. She has crafted a philosophy that empowers individuals to face fears, live deliberately, and set boundaries.

Her joyful and grounded approach inspires transformation, making her coaching sessions and mindfulness programs a nurturing space for growth and empowerment.
